Terms of Service
Effective October 29, 2026
These terms cover the $97 CleanSite rebuild and the optional plans offered after it. By buying, you agree to them.
What you’re buying
- A one-time rebuild of your current website in clean, fast code: your pages, words, photos, contact forms, and booking or payment links.
- It’s for service-business websites. We don’t rebuild online stores or sites with member logins. If your site turns out to have one, we refund you in full.
- The rebuild focuses on speed. It doesn’t include a redesign or new content.
Page count and price
- $97 covers up to 100 pages. For bigger sites you choose: we rebuild your 100 most important pages for $97, or the whole site for $97 plus $0.97 for each page over 100, rounded to the nearest dollar.
- Page counts come from your site’s sitemap. If you choose the 100-page option, old links to pages we leave out are sent to the closest page we kept.
- Sites with more than 1,000 pages, and multi-location companies, get a custom quote instead of online pricing. If we find one after you pay, we refund you in full or offer a custom quote, your choice.
Delivery
- We send your preview link within 5 business days of receiving your order form.
Preview and approval
- You review your new site in your client portal. You can request fixes before you approve.
- Clicking “Approve & Go Live” means you’ve checked your new site and want it live. We then help you point your domain to it.
- We may leave out pages that are broken, duplicated, placeholders, or not linked from anywhere. We list every page we removed in your portal, and approving your site approves that list. Old links to removed pages are sent to the closest matching page.
Refunds
- Full refund any time before you approve your preview. Just reply to any of our emails.
- After you approve, the rebuild is final and no longer refundable.
What you own
- Once you’ve paid, the rebuilt site files are yours. You can download them from your portal at any time.
- You keep ownership of your domain, your email, and your content. You confirm you have the right to use the words, photos, and logos on your current site.
Hosting, domain, and email
- Hosting isn’t included in the $97 rebuild. You can host your site yourself or add one of our monthly plans.
- Your new site is a clean-code site. If your current hosting plan doesn’t allow this type of install (most website builders, like Wix, Squarespace, GoDaddy’s builder, Duda, Thryv and HighLevel, don’t), you’ll need to switch to CleanSite Hosting or another host that does. This isn’t a reason for a refund after you approve your preview.
- CleanSite Hosting is free for the first 30 days after you sign up for it, then $47 a month, charged automatically until you cancel. We email you a reminder before your first charge.
- CleanSite Hosting includes hosting, a secure (https) site, uptime monitoring and 1 small change a week (text, photos, hours or prices), requested from your client portal. Unused changes don’t carry over. Bigger work, SEO and new pages are part of the SEO plans.
- If you add CleanSite Hosting or an SEO plan, we switch your site over for free. If your email lives on your old hosting plan, we move it (same address, your old messages) before anything is cancelled, and one mailbox is included with your plan. Extra mailboxes are $5 a month each. If you cancel, we help you move your mailbox to an email service in your own name.
- Your new site is code, so it can’t be edited in a website builder. With a monthly plan you send changes from your client portal and we make them.
- Pointing your domain happens at your domain registrar. We give you step-by-step instructions and the exact records to use, but changes at your registrar are your responsibility.
- We tell you to leave your email (MX) records as they are, so your email keeps working.
Speed scores and rankings
- Speed scores come from Google’s PageSpeed test and can change from test to test. We don’t guarantee a specific score, search ranking, or amount of traffic.
Monthly plans
- Monthly plans are optional and billed monthly. The details of each plan are shown when you sign up.
- SEO plan prices depend on your site’s size: sites with more than 100 pages are priced higher. Your price is shown before you buy.
- There’s no long-term contract. You can cancel any time from “Manage billing” in your client portal. Your plan keeps running until the end of the month you’ve paid for, and we don’t refund partial months.
- When a plan ends, you keep all the work we did on your site. Monthly work, reports, AI answer testing and change requests stop at the end of your plan.
Limits
- Our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us. We aren’t responsible for problems caused by your registrar, your host, or third-party tools on your site.
General
- These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. If we change them, we’ll update the date at the top of this page; the version in place when you bought applies to your order.
